Coworker

A coworker is a teammate, manager, or coworker who has signed up with the Idera Newsfeed. You can send invitations to anyone inside your SQL Server organization who also uses SQL diagnostic manager.

TIP	To receive a notification when a coworker mentions you in a comment or post, or comments on a story where you were mentioned, change your account settings.

How do I see a list of all my coworkers?

On the SQLdm Mobile home page, tap Directory, filter your list to show Coworkers. You can filter the Directory view to see just servers or applications, too.

Does it matter where my coworkers are located?

No. Coworkers can be located in any geographic location, and own servers that you are responsible for monitoring.

How can I interact with my coworkers?

You can interact with your coworkers by:

• Following coworkers so you can see their posts in your Most Recent feed
• Asking your coworker a question by posting it to his or her wall
• Commenting on posts shared by your coworkers
• Replying to comments coworkers have posted on stories
• Keeping up-to-date when contact information changes on a coworker's profile
• Tagging a coworker by mentioning him or her in a comment or post

How do I follow a coworker?

On the SQLdm Mobile home page, tap Directory, filter your list to show Coworkers, and then tap the coworker you want to follow. Tap Follow on the action menu of the Coworker view.

Follow a coworker if you want to see his or her posts and related activity in your feed.
